1. Purchase
When placing an order, Pluto Design, company registration number 556537-9723, confirms your order by sending an email order confirmation.
In the event of any errors, e.g., incorrect pricing, delivery times, etc., we reserve the right to correct these afterwards. We do not enter into agreements with minors (under 18 years of age).
By making a purchase, you agree that your email address will be added to our newsletter list.
2. Prices & Shipping Costs
All product prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK), including VAT.
In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including VAT, shipping, and payment fees.
Shipping is added to all orders. The shipping cost may vary depending on weight, volume, or country.
3. Deliveries and Delivery Time
Normal delivery time is 1–5 business days after we have received your order, provided the item is in stock.
During July, delivery time may be up to 7 business days due to the holiday season.
We ship your order with DHL as a Pickup Package or with PostNord. Your order will arrive at a collection point (such as a gas station or grocery store in your locality).
A notification will be sent via SMS to the mobile number you provided in your order, or alternatively to your email address. You can then pick up your order at the specified service point.
Delivery delays: If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by email. We reserve the right to disclaim compensation for any delivery delays.
4. Payment
Card Payment
You can make fast, easy, and secure payments with cards such as VISA and MasterCard.
We cooperate with Bambora, certified by both Swedish and international banks and card companies. To ensure maximum security, payment information is transmitted via a secure connection. Your card details cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties or by us.
Your card will be charged immediately upon purchase.
5. Warranty
The product warranty covers original defects, i.e., defects that existed in the product at the time of delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal and 14-Day Open Purchase
In accordance with the Swedish Distance Selling Act, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. The following applies:
- Always contact us at pluto@plutodesign.com before returning an item.
- The item must be unused and returned unopened in its original packaging.
- Any accompanying documents must also be returned.
- Returns cannot be sent cash on delivery (COD) or with postage due; these will not be accepted.
- You are responsible for return shipping when exercising your right of withdrawal and open purchase.
- When the item has been returned, we will verify compliance with the above conditions before issuing a refund.
- According to the Distance Selling Act, the right of withdrawal and open purchase do not apply if the above conditions are not met.
- If goods are returned to us because they were not collected from the service point, a fee of SEK 59 will be charged.
Exceptions (Section 10 of the Distance Selling Act):
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- If the performance of a service has begun with the consumer’s consent during the withdrawal period.
- If the product, due to its nature, cannot be returned, or may deteriorate or expire quickly.
- The right of withdrawal and open purchase do not apply to businesses.
How to return an item:
- Email us at pluto@plutodesign.com to request a return form. Complete the form and include it with your return for faster handling.
- Send your return via PostNord’s service point.
- You are responsible for the return shipping. Always package the item properly, using the product box and its intended inner packaging. Keep the box at least for the 14-day withdrawal period.
- Always send returns containing valuables as registered mail and keep the receipt.

7. Complaints
We apply the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act when handling complaints.
For details about this law, please refer to the Swedish Consumer Agency.
A product can be complained about in the event of a manufacturing defect.
If the product is damaged upon opening the package, report it immediately. This prevents misunderstandings, and you will either receive a replacement or a refund. Always keep the delivery note and receipt.
Always contact us at pluto@plutodesign.com before returning an item. Pluto Design will provide a prepaid return label for free return shipping. Replacement products will be shipped free of charge. Items returned via COD will not be accepted.
Important: Please make the correct type of claim:
- Visible damage: Report transport damage to both packaging and contents immediately at the collection point.
- Hidden damage: Report to Pluto Design AB customer service within 7 days of receipt.
If the product is found to be wrongly shipped or damaged, we will replace it or refund the purchase price, including shipping. However, if you ordered multiple items and are returning only one, we will not refund the full shipping cost.
Once the customer has completed a purchase, the seller may not change the terms for that purchase unless otherwise agreed.
In case of a dispute, Pluto Design AB will follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
8. Force Majeure
Force majeure events include war, large-scale labor disputes, blockades, fires, environmental disasters, serious outbreaks of infectious disease, or other large-scale events.
9. Privacy and Security
When placing an order, you provide personal details such as your name, address, and phone number. If you choose to pay by credit card, you may also be required to provide your personal identity number (10 digits).
By registering and placing an order, you agree that we may store and use your data in our business to fulfill our obligations to you.
Cookies: We document all communication with you via phone or email to provide the service you expect from us. Pluto Design AB will not disclose your personal data to third parties.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will send information and offers via email. You can unsubscribe easily through the newsletter or by contacting our customer service.
In accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act and GDPR, you have the right to access the data we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request correction or deletion. Contact our customer service for assistance.
A cookie is a text file sent from a website (e.g., www.plutoprodukter.se or www.plutoprodukter.com) to your computer. It is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a small text file (persistent cookies). We use both types. Persistent cookies are only used for limited product statistics. Session cookies store login information and your shopping cart while you browse. These are deleted once you close your browser. If your browser does not accept cookies, you cannot place orders online. You can change this setting in your browser. Note: we do not use cookies to store personal information about you.

Purposes of data processing:
- To create and maintain your personal account.
- To receive and process your orders and ship products.
- To handle returns.
- To send SMS notifications regarding delivery status.
- To respond to inquiries and inform you about new or modified services.
- To send marketing offers such as newsletters and catalogs.
- To send surveys that allow you to influence Pluto Design AB’s offerings and services.
Data processed includes information you provide when placing orders or contacting customer service (e.g., contact details, delivery addresses, and ordered items). Some information may also be obtained from public registers or other publicly available sources.
The primary legal basis for processing is that it is necessary for Pluto Design AB to fulfill its obligations to customers. Some processing is also based on Pluto Design AB’s legitimate interest in running its business efficiently and securely, as well as fulfilling legal obligations.
Your personal data may be shared with authorities or other service providers engaged by Pluto Design AB, e.g., for deliveries. Some may be located outside the EU/EEA. If the European Commission does not deem the country to provide adequate protection, transfers will rely on the Commission’s standard contractual clauses under Articles 45–46 of Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Personal data will be processed as long as required to fulfill the above purposes or as long as Pluto Design AB is legally obligated to do so. Thereafter, the data will be deleted.
Your GDPR rights include:
